How many days per week is the plan?
The plan has 5 workout days per week. We recommend training Mon, Tue & Wed, rest Thursday train Friday and Saturday and rest Sunday.

How long does each session take?
Each session should take no longer than 45-60 mins, meaning you can bolt it on to any CrossFit workouts you may want to do at the same time.

What equipment will I need?
To get the most out of the plan you will need access to a barbell and heavy enough weights that you can achieve your clean & jerk PB.
