This isn’t your typical ‘get your 6 pack quick’ program, this is true, functional core strength training that’s designed to dramatically improve your lifting and general training- building a solid core is one of the most integral foundations to good Olympic Lifting.

Staying strong in your core will allow you to build better stability and position in your lifts whilst helping to avoid costly injuries that keep you away from your training!


This program contains the exercises Sonny Webster used in his road to recovery from a debilitating back injury in 2008, furthermore he still uses them to prevent future back issues.

Trunk Training Plan

So far it has been great. One thing I would like is more direction on whether or not the exercises are supposed to be supersetted or not and how much rest between (if any)... Other than that, A+

It Works!

This program is a very simple but effective program. You will feel your abs burning at the end of each session. A stronger core has helped on stability during lifts and CrossFit wods.

Perfect so far

I’m only on day 4 of this program but found it really usefull as a finisher of my daily workouts. All the exercices and videos are well explained and diversified.

Trunk Training and Mobility

I started trunk training and mobility and iya helped me so much already.. The mobility has helped me so much in just 2 weeks. I had struggles with over head squat and snatching and I have already managed to p.b over head squat with 37.5kg!!!!. absolutley over the moon.. Next plan for me after these I will be getting the ****** and clean plan.. i cant wait.. thank you x
