Our Trunk Training plan is designed specifically for Olympic Weightlifters and CrossFitters to tag on to their current training plan at the end of each session, giving you exactly what you need to build a rock-solid core that will translate into bigger lifts, better technique and greater longevity in your overall training life.
This isn’t your typical ‘get your 6 pack quick’ program, this is true, functional core strength training that’s designed to dramatically improve your lifting and general training- building a solid core is one of the most integral foundations to good Olympic Lifting.
Staying strong in your core will allow you to build better stability and position in your lifts whilst helping to avoid costly injuries that keep you away from your training!
This program contains the exercises Sonny Webster used in his road to recovery from a debilitating back injury in 2008, furthermore he still uses them to prevent future back issues.
