I find it hard to remember to do it. I think it would be really useful if you could do something like, add to calendar and then it adds the whole thing to your calendar for the whole time.
I’d been looking for something like this plan for ages as it focussed on my two main areas of improvement. I love this plan and have really felt the benefits of it. I feel better in general and better positionally when exercising.
I started the core and mobility 20 day plan after it was recommended to me by a friend. I am finding it really helpful in building a strong foundation for weightlifting but also it’s giving me a better understanding of how my body moves and how increased mobility helps my performance! Thanks Sonny!
