I feel like rest days shouldn’t be part of the workout. For example workout 5, REST DAY, workout 6. So we would have 40days worth of actual workouts. Just a thought. Cheers.

Back squat has always been somewhat of a weakness for me. I’ve always hated that my front squat max isn’t too far behind my back squat max. So I finally decided to do something about it and buy Sonnys plan! I’m almost 1 week into the program and can already tell this is going to be effective - it’s pushing me to my limits with volume and I always know I’ve worked hard by the end of the session! I’m hopeful this will help all my other lifts in Crossfit - excited for the next few weeks☺️
1-week in. Fun and varied. I thought I was flexible - apparently I was wrong!
I preferred to first finish my Mobility Manual doing very carefully all the exercises and in 10 days I will start my Squat routine!
