    Squat routine - Awesome

    I started CrossFit in November last year. Doing the program after Monday, Wednesday and Friday WOD. Not to hectic which is nice. Did a front squat workout in the week and could feel the positive impact of the program. Bought the mobility manual before the squat program but passed the mobility program day. :-) Enjoying it more. Struggling with shoulder but will definitely buy the C&J program in the future. Regards Cape Town

    Most logical plan I've ever tried
