I really struggled with over squating - I just didn’t have the range and mobility in my shoulders, lats, and hips - i could barely overhead squat the Bar. After 7 days of the mobility manual, I’m able to overhead squat 4 sets at 50kg. Stoked to hit milestones, so early in on the program. Given me the boost of confidence to keep at it, and set some goals to hit towards the end of the program.
Love the Manual - is easy to follow as it is step by step - easy to understand - no hiccups. Loving it and already feeling good after only 3 days. Looking forward to complete to help with my weightlifting.
My evaluation; needed time very short which make it flexible for me. Few and very well explained exercises. Easy understood instruction movies.
Great so far and some awesome stretches ive never done before
I am 1/4 complete, and I like the plan a lot. Some of it has been very humbling and exposed some issues I didn’t acknowledge before. Looking forward to finishing and starting over.
