I love this programm. The plan is very well structured and there are a lots of assistance exercises you won‘t do on your own and this helps a lot. Absolutely worth its money.
have had an injury so did the first week to see how things were. have found program starts at some manageable weights, which was good for me. cant wait to see the results after 16 weeks.
This plan, so far has a very well balance of workload and the volume of the workload per work out!
I am doing the program 3 times a week and enjoying the mixture of movements and drills. I have been lifting for a while so understand the basic movements but it would be nice to have some key pointers in the video's or more explanation of what to focus on for each movement. I was definitely expecting a few more hints and explanations.
