All New Sonny Squat 40-Day Challenge Starts Tuesday, Sept 8th!
This is a BRAND NEW program, different from the original Sonny Squat Program, that was created specifically for this new 40-day challenge.
It will be 3 days/week of training, each and every workout designed to help you hit a brand new squat PB before the challenge is up!
The winners of the challenge won't be determined only by the increase in numbers... but also improvement in technique, activity in the community and their ability to SEND IT! 😉

Squat program.... completed it mate ! Day 40 came with a massive 15kg pb, not guna lie wasnt perfect, I can still see a little butt wink here n there but 175kg !
